Question 6- You previously wrote The People of God. What kind of response did you receive from it?

Answer 6- I decided that The People of God is a gem with a richness that few have yet to appreciate—but many will. At this time, I have not had the response I thought it would have. A vital part of book sales is marketing. Marketing my own writing is difficult for me. A customer who judges the book by me or by its cover may be reluctant to take it seriously. If that obstacle is overcome, the next one is reading for comprehension what I wrote to grasp the message that is there. The principle that was quoted by Jesus applies, “There is no honor for prophets in their hometown.” My focus is on writing and publishing my next book or other written materials while I have the opportunity.

Question 2: Would you say your book is controversial?

Answer 2:  I believe it has the potential to be very controversial since it focuses on several popular myths propagated by Christian leaders today. Anyone who seriously reads The Prophets of God is going to be challenged to make some decisions: Are they going to believe popular teaching or stick to God’s Word, accepting it as their only guide to truth. I expect a lot of spiritual forces will be at work to keep this book from being widely read.

Question 1: You seem to be saying that The Prophets of God is unique; that it is a fresh, new approach to truth. Is that possible? How do you back up that claim?

Answer 1: The proof is in the reading. I cannot speak for everything in print or on the internet but, personally, I do not know of anything like this book. The conclusions, insights and arguments I put out there for the reader did not come out of a book nor did I hear them from anyone. The Prophets of God is a product of my study of God’s Word, input from and discussions with other Bible students, interaction with historical and contemporary events and—most of all, I think—insights God has given me. After a time, when I began to see some things differently, I looked around and thought, “You know, I have not heard this from a human.” So, God impressed it on me to write what I discovered.
